Realestate.immoeurope.eu.com affiliate program, earn money with your web site
If you have a website, you can now earn money by signing up in our affiliation program and promoting our website. Once you sign up in our program and if your website is accepted you will obtain benefits for each of the following things that the users that come from your website do:

For each unique visitor: 0,03 €

For each subscription to our investor list*: 0,15 €
-
For each free advertisement**: 0,10 €
-
For each sale (hiring of publicity of city councils, real estate, particular)***: 30% of the sales price

Also, if any webmaster signs up and has come from your website, you will receive benefits for each commission that corresponds to this webmaster, according to the following table:

For each subscription to our investor list*: 0,05 €

For each free advertisement**: 0,05 €
-
For each sale (hiring of publicity of city councils, real estate, particular)***: 10% of the sales price
Payments will be done at the end of month when a minimum value is reached of 25,00 €, in case that this value is not reached the benefits will be accumulated for the following month.
All the commissions mentioned here can be modified without previous warning, but this changes will not affect the operations already done.
*In order for a commission to be done, the subscription must be done by a user who has not registered before (even though it is done with another e-mail account) and must be in the subscription list for a minimum of 30 days.
**A commission will only be generated for the first advertisement that a user writes. If this user, using the same e-mail account or another, adds other free advertisements, these will not generate a commission.
***All the sales will generate a commission, independently if they are or are not of different users, including renovations (whenever they are not given back). At the present time, the prices for advertisement go from 30 to 250 Euros.
Requirements
Only websites that follow the following requirements will be accepted:

The website must have its own domain and this must not be an URL forwarding (even though is done with a frame).

The website must not contain pornographic content, material that goes against the copyright laws or that contains any other illegal activities.

Every website will be validated manually before its acceptation. Realestate.immoeurope.eu.com reserves the right to accept or not a website.

The links proportioned will only generate commissions if they are located in pages that belong to the domain of the Web.

In case that an affiliate member has various websites or domains, they must sign up every domain, which can be done from the affiliation area.

There is only admitted one account per member. If one affiliate member creates more than one account, they will be cancelled from the affiliation program loosing all the accumulated commissions.
